  • A small deposit is required for first-time clients to confirm your slot.
  • If you are unsure which treatment suits you best, our WhatsApp support is available to guide you.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50%. No-shows will be charged 100%.
  • If your hair was recently treated (henna, dye, darker shades), a consultation is required. Without notice, we may not proceed and must charge for the reserved time.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling is possible.
  • Appointments before 10:00 or after 18:00 will incur a 20% surcharge.
  • Refunds are not possible, but we welcome your feedback to improve our service.
  • Payments for hair extensions are non-refundable, whether purchased online or in the salon
  • We only accept Maestro cards. If you wish to pay by credit card (American Express not accepted), a 6% surcharge will be applied to the transaction. Please take this into account.
Salon House Rules
  • In our intimate salon space, we encourage solo visits to ensure the comfort and serenity of your experience.

  • We value punctuality. Please note that arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment.
  • Life happens, and should you need to cancel, we completely understand. Kindly give us a 24-hour notice, and we'll be pleased to help you reschedule.
